Brain-Based Healing,
Beyond Insight
A Higher Standard of Care
Let’s figure out what’s been getting in the way and start moving toward real change.
At The Practice of Healing, you’ll find support that meets you where you are. You can choose from individual therapy, relationship therapy, and neurofeedback. Each designed to help your nervous system become more balanced and resilient. This is a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace, and begin to feel more grounded as you move forward.
Our approach is trauma-informed and focused on lasting change. Through neurofeedback, a gentle, non-invasive, brain-based method, you can begin to calm your nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself and loved ones. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Get To Know Me
I bring over a decade of clinical experience, shaped by both professional training and real-life understanding.
My approach is active and engaged. I’ll ask meaningful questions, gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck, and support you in following through on the changes you want to make. Always with care, respect, and honesty.
In 2023, I was diagnosed with a neurological condition that shifted how I understand health and healing. That experience led me to explore more integrative approaches and ultimately to neurofeedback.
What started as part of my own healing became part of my work with clients. I offer neurofeedback alongside psychotherapy, a research-informed, non-invasive way to support your brain in finding greater balance, focus, and regulation.
