Brain-Based Healing, Beyond Insight
About Us
Many people understand their patterns, yet still feel stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection. Lasting change occurs when the nervous system learns how to feel safe, steady, and regulated.
At The Practice of Healing, conveniently located in Burlington, NC, we offer a non-invasive, brain-based approach to improving focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
Using advanced brain mapping and neurofeedback training, our services are designed to support individuals experiencing challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, sleep concerns, chronic stress, and more.

Know Me
I am a mental health clinician with over a decade of experience. My clinical approach is informed by both professional training and lived experience.
I am known as an action-oriented psychotherapist—I ask meaningful questions, gently challenge stuck patterns, and support clients in staying accountable to the changes they want to make, always with tact, compassion, and genuine care.
In 2023, I was unexpectedly diagnosed with a neurological condition that shifted my perspective on health and healing. As I explored more integrative approaches, I discovered neurofeedback.
What began as a personal path toward healing became an expansion of my practice. I now offer neurofeedback alongside psychotherapy, providing a research-informed, non-invasive approach that supports the brain’s ability to regulate and heal.
